Solutions / NOAHA SMARTLINK PRODUCT · NETWORK OPERATIONS

Every site.
One calm view.

NOAH, the Network Operations & Autonomous Hub, monitors and manages MikroTik-based Wi-Fi networks for public Wi-Fi programs and ISPs. See every router and access point, reach any site over VPN, and hear about outages from the people using them.

PUBLIC WI-FI

Where people connect.

Town plazas, schools and halls: every router and access point, watched.

NETWORK OPERATIONS

Watched from one room.

Live status, history and alerts for every site, in one calm view for the network team.

WHEREVER YOU ARE

Or from anywhere.

The whole network on one screen: the office, home or the road.

OVERVIEW

The whole network, one screen.

Status, traffic, alerts and Eva’s daily insight the moment you sign in. Shown here with sample data.

MONITORING

Every site, lit up.

Every router and access point on one map, with live status and history. The sites here are sample data.

MONITORING & ALERTS

Know the moment a site drops.

The team is alerted as soon as a site stops answering, and people can report problems from the hotspot page with Jonah.

REACH · FIX · REPORT

Back online. On the record.

Reach the router over VPN, fix it, and the uptime report is ready when you need it.

BUILT ON MIKROTIK / ROUTEROS

For government and LGU public Wi-Fi programs, ISPs and WISPs, piso-WiFi operators, schools, resorts and hotels.

THE PROBLEM

Many sites.
Far apart.
Rarely in view.

Without a hub

  • An outage is noticed when someone complains on social media.
  • Routers behind CGNAT can’t be reached, so small fixes become site visits.
  • Status lives in spreadsheets and group chats, and reports take days to assemble.

With NOAH

  • Every device is watched, and the team is alerted the moment a site drops.
  • Any router is one VPN hop away, wherever it is and however it connects.
  • The public reports problems directly, and uptime reports are ready when you need them.
WHAT NOAH DOES

MEET JONAH

Let the people on the Wi-Fi tell you.

Jonah, the Joint Outage Notification & Analysis Hub, puts a “report a problem” button on the hotspot page. Every report reaches your team with the evidence attached.

  • Public outage reports from the hotspot and captive portal
  • An on-site speed test, switchable per site for capped-data sites
  • QR reporting over mobile data when the uplink itself is down
  • Weather context on every report, and auto-generated hotspot pages

ONBOARDING

One paste.
One more site online.

  1. 01

    Add the site in NOAH

Name it, place it in a project, and NOAH prepares a one-line script for that router.

  2. 02

    Paste it into the router

One paste in the MikroTik terminal sets up the VPN and monitoring. No public IP or port forwarding.

  3. 03

    Watch it come online

The site appears on the map with its devices, ready for alerts, reports and Jonah.

WHO IT’S FOR

A LITTLE CLARITY

NOAH.

What hardware does NOAH work with?

NOAH is built for MikroTik routers running RouterOS, the backbone of most public and community Wi-Fi in the Philippines. Access points and switches behind them are monitored too. Tell us what you run and we’ll confirm the fit in the demo.

Our sites have no public IP. Can NOAH still reach them?

Yes. Each router connects out to NOAH over a WireGuard VPN, and sites behind carrier-grade NAT (CGNAT) are reached through a relay. There is no port forwarding to set up.

What is Jonah?

Jonah, the Joint Outage Notification & Analysis Hub, is NOAH’s public side. People on the hotspot can report a problem and run a speed test; when the uplink itself is down, a printed QR code lets them report over mobile data. Each report arrives with the site, the test result and the weather.

Some of our sites have capped data. Will the speed test use it up?

The speed test can be switched off per site, so capped-data sites keep outage reporting without spending their allowance on tests.

What counts as a managed device?

A router, access point or switch that NOAH monitors. Tell us roughly how many you run, and how many sites, and we’ll tailor the deployment to them.

Can NOAH run on our own servers?

Yes. NOAH can be deployed on-premise, with a service level agreement. Otherwise it is hosted and maintained by SmartLink.

Is our network data kept separate from other customers?

Each organisation’s sites, users and reports are kept in its own project, and roles control what each person on your team can see and change.

How much does NOAH cost?

Every deployment is quoted for your network: your sites and devices, the deployment and the support you need, with maintenance and assistance included. Request a quote and we’ll put a proposal together.
